Store Policy

We believe our fish leave the store happy and healthy. 

If your fish happens to pass, please stop in and we will discuss that matter of the situation and try to determine what may have been the root cause. Once this has been determined, we will do our best to suggest as to what may or may not need to be done to prevent any other future casualties. In almost all cases, we will replace your fish at no cost necessary.

Rehoming Fish

All fish are treated on a case by case situation. Please stop in or call regarding what you have.

Generally we do not buy from private parties.
